this was the conversation between me and him after i sent him the edison video.

Mon sent the voice recording to me and begged me to post it. so here it is

How come Simon so scared of the other Simon?
Is it because Simon Seah beat Simon Tay in Pool?
In case you all don't know, Mon is also known as Simon Tay. Always come to my gym and pump until get headache. Then must always show off his muscle to me before he leave. At home still must send photo to me of his abs and biceps. Now my computer got a whole collection of his photos! I ask him go submit his photo to Straits time HotBods, but he so scared! Scared that his body lose to Se Ah Hua An.
Last time his body just like the skinny noob, and he look so yellow. Now he look so brown.
Before coming to gym:

He also likes to break things. Last time before he come to my gym, the equipment always in tip top condition. Now everything spoilt! Butterfly machine, bench always spoil. Then my best friend Mac always so sad because no butterfly machine for him to pump. Want to break Mac's hand:

His leg as smooth as butter. Going to ask him help me shave my leg hair too. He is also fashion guru. Can buy so many things. Bottomless pit. My this friend really very enthu about running. Go for so many run. That time go with him to malaysia for great eastern run. WAH lasting memories. Until now i still dream about him. Look out for more pictures of Mon. Going to ask Mon to help me remove all the virus so can manipulate more photos.Ok ah brothers! You all requested for a post on Mon, and i just have to do it, but because computer crash due to too many manipulation of porno pictures thats why very little pictures of my best friend. Yesterday my domestic partner, mac and i went to the pet shop.
After much consideration, we decided to get a dog.
So we went there after a fantastic lunch at sakae sushi
We took our time to choose the dog we like
from this colonel bull dog
to this lazy sgt golden retriver
to this corporal terrier
In the end we decided to get this recruit dog that liked mac(my domestic partner) so much
Later when we reach home, the recruit is still clinging on to his hand

but it has to stay out of the room when we do our business

as u all know i went to run the penang bridge marathon last year.
i've shared the story with many ppl, but for the benefit of those who haven't hear it before
here it is:
that time i go penang marathon, a lot of ppl eat penang laksa before they run. Then when i run i saw on the floor got a lot of droppings! maybe 1 guy or maybe girl la, shit in the pants. pot pot pot pot drop on the floor. Then when i run i have to siam u know! hehe HA HA HA

recently i've been practising for my concert titled: adam loves you
I am the lead singer and also plays the electric guitar as u can see in the picture
I've been practising so hard, skipping breakfast, lunch and dinner! Now i've become a skinny noob!
But everything is worth it when i receive complements that i sing, play and look like wu bai
the concert will be on next friday, pls get the tickets! it will be a fantastic conert that is sure to blow u off ur feet.
